Step-in & Step-out process to avail HP Switch Offer

Customer walks into the HPW store and reaches out to the sales-person to confirm the exchange value of their old unit.
HP Partner offers the Total Exchange value (sum of exchange value + additional top-up value) to the customer and click on Next.
HP Partner collects information about the old unit, enter in the claim form in HP Switch portal and submit.
HP Partner to enter the customer’s personal details and click on “Share Consent”.
On submission, system provides an instant exchange value that HP Partner shares this exchange value with the customer.
An automated SMS with a consent link sent for customer approval on the old unit's exchange value and the top-up for a chosen laptop.
Customer agrees to proceed with the exchange of their old unit for a new HP laptop (only select models are available under this offer).
HP Partner bills the new unit by deducting the total exchange value and collecting the remaining payment.
HP Partner will enter the new product details that customer is interested to buy to unlock the Additional Top-up value.
After completing the transaction, the HP Partner uploads the sales invoice copy on the portal.

You are requested to complete all processes at your end within 24 hours of the backend team releasing the exchange value.
In case you are unable to meet the timelines, the entire process has to be followed again.
In case customer* is not interested to proceed with the exchange of their old unit, the request shall expire automatically after 24 hours.
